hi milan, good attempt on the transcript! a few minor mistakes here and there. my view is that they should be:
年三廿晚喺廣州有好多人都有花市 - should be 年三廿晚.
哎吔!嘩!逼到呀. 買咗花都要舉上去先至行得郁呀 - should be this 哎吔!嘩!
信佛嘅人一早天未光就要去廟嗰度拜神. 大家見面都講 “恭喜發財”- should be 未.
年初二先至出門去朋友屋企拜年. 所以嗰一日, 喺街時時都撞倒朋友. 大家又係 “恭喜嚟, 恭喜去”- should be 恭喜去
屋企裡頭又要放番盆大吉或者金橘, 上便重貼住張紅紙寫住 “大吉利是”. - u missed out 上便.

I have updated, however, my wife said it is 年卅呀晚 and not 年三廿晚.

Nice transcript. Most of the Chinese characters are mono syllabic, with a small number of exceptional case, e.g. 卅 the transcription for this 卅 should be Saa1 aa3, meaning that it is a disyllabic character.
e.g. 成卅歲人仲咬手指 Seng4 saa1 aa3 seoi3 jan4 zung6 ngaau5 sau2 zi2.
