thanks
where do you get these sound files and transcripts anyway ?
do you have more ?

These sound files come from an Australian radio program from - http://www.sbs.com.au.
For the this particular transcript my sister-in-law typed out the initial draft, then my friend Wai Ming proofread, wrote the jyutping and the English translations.
It takes time for the transcripts to be written. At this moment I don’t have any more written up for this SBS radio program.
Thanks.

There’s a transcription error and/or using the simplified variant… in Cantonese:
面 = face, surface, side
麵 = noodles
麪 = dough (e.g.: bread), noodles

Jonathan, it should be fixed now. Thanks.

馬先生, just curious, can you read the characters yet, or do you rely on the jyutping? I’m sure you can recognize a majority of them if you’ve been studying as intently as you have for over 20 months…
BTW, your speaking fluency is impressive for the amount of time you’ve been at it. I’m jealous!

Hello Chariyc,
I cannot read Chinese. I rely 100% on Jyutping, but I can read a few hundred characters because I have checked up the meaning of so many words that I simply just see a picture and pronunciation, but I can’t write anything accurately.
Thanks for the positive feedback on the speaking.
Thanks
