I showed one of my friends and the FIRST thing he said was that “I bet she can’t read or write Chinese”.
For goodness sakes, she is reading formal news on national television, and not talking in street slang.
It’s funny how people still associate ethnicity and skin colour with literacy levels.

Not only her Cantonese is better than many HK punks, but she is pretty as well. Good job TVB! Hope to see more diversity such as blacks and whites.
