Impressive! But do you feel a lot of pressure? Persisting is really not easy.

初頭係辛苦嘅，但係習慣咗就好自然。而且瞓得好咗好多，精神好晒。
It was hard at first, but once you get used to it, it comes naturally. Plus I sleep much better now, feel so much more energetic.

Language Patterns

verb + 完 ... 之後 + clause (after finishing verb)

verb+完 (jyun4) marks the completion of an action, and 之後 (zi1 hau6) means "after". Together they sequence events: "after finishing X, then Y".
食完飯之後去散步。
sik6 jyun4 faan6 zi1 hau6 heoi3 saan3 bou6.
After finishing dinner, go for a walk.
做完運動之後飲多啲水。
zou6 jyun4 wan6 dung6 zi1 hau6 jam2 do1 di1 seoi2.
After exercising, drink more water.

成個人 + adj + 晒 (completely / entirely)

成個人 (seng4 go3 jan4) means "the whole person" and 晒 (saai3) after an adjective means "completely". Together: "feel completely adj all over". Very vivid and colloquial.
成個人攰晒。
seng4 go3 jan4 gui6 saai3.
Feel completely exhausted.
沖完涼成個人精神晒。
cung1 jyun4 loeng4 seng4 go3 jan4 zing1 san4 saai3.
After showering feel totally refreshed.

初頭 ... 但係習慣咗就 ... (at first ... but once used to it)

初頭 (co1 tau4) means "at first/initially". 習慣咗就 (zaap6 gwaan3 zo2 zau6) means "once you get used to it, then...". Great pattern for describing how something difficult becomes easier.
初頭唔識講，但係習慣咗就自然。
co1 tau4 m4 sik1 gong2, daan6 hai6 zaap6 gwaan3 zo2 zau6 zi6 jin4.
At first I could not speak it, but once used to it, it came naturally.
初頭好辛苦，但係習慣咗就冇問題。
co1 tau4 hou2 san1 fu2, daan6 hai6 zaap6 gwaan3 zo2 zau6 mou5 man6 tai4.
Hard at first, but once used to it, no problem.

而且 (moreover / furthermore)

而且 (ji4 ce2) is a formal connector meaning "moreover" or "furthermore". It adds a supporting point to strengthen what you just said.
佢好叻，而且好勤力。
keoi5 hou2 lek1, ji4 ce2 hou2 kan4 lik6.
She is smart, and moreover very hardworking.
呢度交通方便，而且租金平。
ni1 dou6 gaau1 tung1 fong1 bin6, ji4 ce2 zou1 gam1 peng4.
This place has convenient transport, and furthermore rent is cheap.
