針對 + issue (targeting / in response to)

針對 (zam1 deoi3) means "targeting" or "in response to". Formal way to address a specific problem or situation in a business context.
針對呢個問題，我哋提出三個方案。
zam1 deoi3 ni1 go3 man6 tai4, ngo5 dei6 tai4 ceot1 saam1 go3 fong1 on3.
In response to this issue, we propose three plans.

咁就咁決定 (gam2 zau6 gam2 kyut3 ding6) is a common meeting phrase to confirm a decision has been made. Efficient and decisive.

mou5 jan4 faan2 deoi3, gam2 zau6 gam2 kyut3 ding6.
No one objects, then it is decided.
大家都同意，咁就咁決定啦。
daai6 gaa1 dou1 tung4 ji3, gam2 zau6 gam2 kyut3 ding6 laa1.

各位 (everyone — formal address)

各位 (gok3 wai2) is the formal way to address a group, equivalent to "ladies and gentlemen" or "everyone". Essential for meetings and presentations.

gok3 wai2 tung4 si6, cing2 lau4 ji3 ji5 haa6 si6 hong6.
