各位董事，感謝各位出席本年度業績匯報會議。本財政年度，集團整體業務表現穩健，稅前盈利按年增長百分之十二。

Distinguished board members, thank you for attending this annual results presentation. In this financial year, the Group overall business performance was solid, with pre-tax profit growing 12% year-on-year.

收入方面，零售業務受惠於本港消費市場復甦，按年增長百分之八。工業設備部門因國際需求上升，表現尤為突出，增幅達百分之二十三。

In terms of revenue, the retail business benefited from the recovery of Hong Kong consumer market, growing 8% year-on-year. The industrial equipment division performed particularly well due to rising international demand, with growth reaching 23%.

成本控制方面，管理層積極推行精簡架構計劃，成功將行政開支削減百分之六，超越預算目標。

展望下一財政年度，管理層將重點投放於數碼轉型，預計投資額達港幣三億元，旨在提升整體運營效率及客戶體驗。
