This was Li Wai-keung's first business trip to Guangzhou representing the company, visiting their mainland partners.

佢由香港西九龍站搭高鐵，只需四十七分鐘就到達廣州南站。速度之快令佢大感驚訝。

He took the high-speed rail from Hong Kong West Kowloon station, reaching Guangzhou South station in just forty-seven minutes. The speed amazed him greatly.

到達廣州後，對方公司派咗司機來接。司機全程用普通話交流，李偉強發現佢嘅普通話真係需要加強。

After arriving in Guangzhou, the other company sent a driver to pick him up. The driver communicated entirely in Mandarin throughout, and Li Wai-keung realized his Mandarin really needed improvement.

商務會議進行順利。內地夥伴對香港公司嘅技術感到印象深刻，雙方達成咗初步合作意向書。

The business meeting went smoothly. The mainland partners were deeply impressed by the Hong Kong company's technology, and both parties reached an initial letter of intent for cooperation.
